This form creates a deletion request for your Elysian Zoo profile data. We process requests manually to avoid accidental loss.

What gets removed?

• Your inventory and profile progress.
• Battlepass and achievement progress.
• Vote and rain stats tied to your account.

Store receipts may be retained for legal reasons, but they are no longer linked to your active profile.

What happens next?

1. We receive your request and place it in the deletion queue.
2. A staff member verifies the request belongs to you.
3. Your data is removed and the request is marked complete.

If you change your mind, contact support before the request is processed.

How long does it take?

Most requests are processed within a few days. During busy seasons it can take longer.

We will not delete data without verification, so please keep DMs open if staff needs confirmation.

Alternatives to deletion

• Just want to reset? Ask staff about a server-only reset.
• Need a fresh start? Start in a new server without deleting your main profile.
• Temporary break? No action needed — your data stays safe.
